Chelsea Frazier, after receiving a B.A. in music from the University of Wyoming in 2011, returned to pursue her M.A. in history with a graduate minor in Native American Studies. She completed this degree in 2014. Her M.A. thesis focused on U.S.-Lakota political relations during the nineteenth century. Her research interest includes nineteenth-century political history and Native American history. She is working under the direction of Warren Metcalf and Rachel Shelden. Her current research examines the intersection between nineteenth century reform movements and Indian policy.
